Sun 29 Jan: Pre-grading Kata CourseThis course is the final preparation for the next grading which will take place in Feburary - details to be finalised. Remember, all students must attend a course between gradings to be eligible to grade.
Instructor: Sensei Ady Gray (5th Dan)
Venue: Galtres Centre, Market Place, Easingwold, YO61 3AD Map
Times:
Class 1 12pm - 1pm: white, red & orange belts
Class 2 1pm - 2.15pm: yellow, green & purple belts
Class 3 2.15pm - 3.30pm: purple / white stripe, brown & above
** All students can train in classes aimed at or below their grade but not above.
Cost:
£7 for 1 class or £12 for 2 or more classes. Please pay on the door.

Wed 1 Feb: No trainingSat 4 Feb: Double lesson for all students
To make up for the missed lesson on Wed 1 Feb. This is a double lesson for all grades: 10am - 12 noon.
Sun 5 Feb: Grading
Sensei Grahame will tell you if you are eligible to grade. The grading criteria is as follows:
- Attendance record since the last grading is acceptable (minimum 24 lessons)
- Behaviour and attitude have been good since the last grading
- You are at the required technical standard
- At least one course has been attended since the last grading
- BSKA licence book and membership are valid
Times: * all times are approximate
White - Orange belts
09.45 - Arrive, pay grading fees and hand in licences
10.00 - Grading starts
11.45 - Grading finishes
Yellow belts and above
12.00 - Arrive, pay grading fees and hand in licences
12.15 - Grading starts
14.00 - Grading finishes
Cost: £25. Please bring your fee and your licence book on the day.
Spectators are welcome to watch in the waiting room via the live tv link. For the presentation of grades, everyone is welcome in the dojo, but no shoes, please.

Don't miss this amazing opportunity to train with the England team national coach and 9 times world and European kumite champion Sensei Wayne Otto. Everyone will gain a great deal from these courses. There is a strict limit of 25 students per class so book early.
